We do not require a customer’s Aadhaar merely for ordinary browsing or booking unless a specific lawful process separately requires it.

3. Payments
Payment information may be processed through approved payment providers. SANMARGAM should avoid storing full card or equivalent payment credentials where the payment provider supplies tokenized or hosted payment capability.

Pandit identity and KYC information must be access-controlled and used only for the applicable onboarding, verification, compliance or settlement purpose.
Sensitive identity data must not be placed in public pages, URLs, analytics events, debug logs or customer-visible error messages.
5. Sharing and processors
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:
Assigned or eligible Pandits for fulfilment
Payment providers
Logistics or shipping providers
Communication, email, SMS or WhatsApp providers when enabled
Hosting, infrastructure and service providers
Professional advisers and authorities where legally required
Providers should receive only the information required for the relevant purpose.
